Description

My Facebook was hacked. The person put 2nd authentication on it so im not able to gain access. They posted Taylor Swift tickets for sale, took over my Facebook messenger and proceeded to pretend to be me when people inquired. They managed to get $2000(those are just the people that I know for sure) from people for these nonexistent concert tickets. Many people reported my page. They got a response saying no wrong doing was happening and my page is still up. I have reported it as well. Im, of course, upset that Ive lost many memories, but im more upset that people are being scammed out of thousands of dollars. At what point is Facebook aiding these hackers? I get that its buyer beware, but when does it become the platforms responsibilty to put a stop to these scams?
